Interrrogative pronoun vs interrogative adjective

How can I tell the difference between the two.

Example: Which is the smallest piece of candy? IP or Ap?

Which programs are listed in the television magazine? Ip or Ap

Whose are those tickets on the table?

If it's followed by a noun, it's an adjective. Only one of your examples has this pattern.
Otherwise, it's a pronoun.

if the interrogative word has a noun in front of it then it is an interrogative adjective , if not then its interorogrative pronoun
