(Please don't use all capital letters in your posts...many of us find that to be difficult to read. On the internet, it is called "shouting".

Statements which have 'not' (negative) and are interrogative in nature are called Negative-Interrogative.
For ex:
Have you played Cricket?
Have you not played Cricket?

ARE THOSE GIRLS WAITING FOR ME?
Negative-interrogative as:

Are those girls not waiting for me?
Aren't those girls waiting for me?
Either of the two is fine.
