Depbriya De,

if you intend to transform this sentence into interrogative, you should say

Who do you want to win the tournament (the match, etc.)?

Putting it differently:

Who do you support in this tournament?
Who is your favourite in the contest?
Who do you think will win the cup?

etc.

Respectfully, Gleb Ch
