interpretation (with)

If your suite has a washer and dryer, always check without fail with each load of laundry dried that your kitten has not claimed the dryer as a warm resting

Q) I was wondering how to interpret the underlined part. Can it be rephrased like this?

2. If your suite has a washer and dryer, whenever each load of laundry is dried always check without fail that your kitten has not claimed the dryer as a warm resting.

Actually I have no idea how clearly interpret that underlined part in context.

Is it okay for "dried" in red not to be included?

It is far better to leave it out.
