I'm interested in the following... The name of one fantasy book is BUGGERS. It's about bugs but they are considered not as insects but as smart creatures. Can I draw a parallel of the name "buggERs" with human professions like doctor, actor, painter etc showing that these bugs are as smart as human beings and therefore the author named them not as just "bugs" but exactly "buggers"? I'm asking cause dictionaries give rather abusive meanings for this word. Didn't the author think of such a meaning of this title that makes ambiguous impression on those people who didn't read this book, I mean how the person can determine what exactly the author wanted to say by naming his work in such a way. Or maybe it's the icing on the cake to attract readers?
