Please, can someone tell me what this sentence means?

This tells me -

You received a No Contact Order.

It was addressed to both you and Nicholas.

These word make me think there was one notice, and it was delivered to both of you at the same time.
eg perhaps the mailman found you both together.

The actual words are "The no Contact Order that you received with Mr. Azsling"

So you are saying that Nicholas and I received it at the same time or Nicholas received the letter ( No contact order ) at the same time as me.
