BIDV – divided into a number of departments according to each function and task.Director is responsible for directing the management of the branch’s business, defining business administration plans and making policies relating to business strategies and development plans; builds partnership with other banks and relationship with potential individuals and companies; ensures the effective branch’s business.Deputy Directors are in charge of assisting the director to direct and administer in a number of works; manage all aspects of the branch at the absence of the Director.Customer relationship division: takes responsibility in building customer policies and implementing guidance, administration, business management, dealing with loan the money for many potential projects of enterprises; analyzes and warns the existing and potential risks that can affect the bank credit activities; implements search, exploitation and development of new customers, improves customer services.Risk management division: identitfies, evaluates and supervises the profit of the branch; analyzes and manages risks in overall activities of branch.Operation division: requires completely understanding of the deposit Auto Journal; confirms the details of transactions with other banks; transfers funds to other funds and confirms the receipt of funds; guarantees proper transactions’ book in bank systems.Internal affairs division: performs administrative work, manages and maintains documents; supplies strategic financial support related to operational and general business planning; maintains daily financial services functions.Transaction office: makes directly transactions with customers to raise capital in VND and foreign currencies; provides personal loans, mortgage loans for employees, mortgage valuable papers; deals with payment transactions, guarantee according to regulations of nation and bank.
