Here it is ....Subject : Internship or Application for Internship ??? (which one sounds goog or something else might be better???) Dear Sir/Madame,
I hereby would like to express my interest and explain my motivations for my application as an intern. As I am looking for an internship in an environment which includes issues concerning European Union and Turkey and being aware of ......'s conviction and efforts to contribute to the inclusion of Turkey to the EU, I would like to apply for an internship at your organisation.
In the process of completing my studies in Political Sciences, International Relations (I have obtained credits for all the courses, currently I am completing my thesis for my degree), I would like to gain experience by learning in an internship how to apply the theoretical knowledge from my studies in practice in a international environment like your organisations. I believe an internship at your organisation will provide me new perspectives, on the one hand by giving a view on solving problems differently, establishing new connections, new perspectives and ideas, and last but not least that it will provide me the opportunity to identify additional strength and weaknesses.
(This last sentence doesn't belong to me
I admit
sorry but it was a real good sentence that expressed what I felt about the internship I will apply for so again sorry
During my studies I have chosen courses in alignment with my interests such as European Policy, European Institutions and Integration. As you can also read in my CV I have chosen ........ University as my Erasmus destination to be able to understand Turkey – EU relations better. To contribute to my knowledge I have also participated in different international seminars regarding the EU policies.
I have good communication skills and beside the Dutch and Turkish language which I both consider to be my mother tongues I am familiar with English and French. I have also basic knowledge of German.
Because of my background and motivation I would like to offer you my services as an intern. I would be glad to provide any additional information and explain my motivation in a personal meeting. I look forward to your reply.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully
Enclosed: CV, university attest, participation attests, Erasmus attest (do I have to write these things.. I mean I will send this by post so they will be included in the enveloppe.. and if I have to put this .. how can I do this in the most correct way ?
