Internet banks or Internet banks?

Dear teachers,

My understanding is that "Internet" should always start with Captial "I."
Accordingly, I think the following sentence should be changed as follows:

Also, internet banks, such as K-bank, are expected to be accredited in January 2017.
=> Also, Internet banks, such as K-bank, are expected to be accredited in January 2017.

Is this correct?

The advice on the style guides has been changing. Lower case is acceptable. although the lowercase form is rapidly gaining more widespread use.
