International money transfer

I work in a hotel as a reservation representative.
This is a reply to an overseas guest who wishes to transfer advance payment for his stay at our hotel in Japan.
Could you please check if the below English sounds natural?

We kindly request that you pay the bank transmission fees and all related fees.
In most cases, currency exchange fee and handling fee ( 1,500 to 4,000 JPY ) are to be charged us at a bank in Japan.
However, at the moment, we do not know how much we are to pay the bank until the remittance is made.
Would it be possible for you to make the payment for those fees upon check in ?

Please note that it is not you who are 'kind', but always the other person/guest. We request that you kindly pay the bank transfer and all related fees. In most cases, a currency exchange fee and handling fee ( JPY 1,500 to 4,000 ) will be charged us by our bank in Japan.
