International law

Dear teachers, please, help:

I'm making the international contract. I offer to other Party following: "This CONTRACT is governed by the laws of the .... (my country)". But other Party offers to me: " This CONTRACT is governed by the laws of .... (other Party's country)". So, I want to find a compromise solution, and I want to offer -" ..... governed by the International law /norms/rules". What is this right phrasing?

Sorry for my english
