is it a from of English that is "international"? i know English is the most international language but is it a international English accent?

No, Johan, there is no such thing yet, though I have seen at least one website that sells a 'global standard' version (of their own device, I think). All we try to do is steer speakers away from some of the extremes of regional Englishes that can lead to confusion, misunderstanding or arrest.
