Is there anyone who can tell me a site from where I cand learn more (and for free if it's possible) about the IAS (International Accounting Standards)?

No, it doesn't help me because there are only IFRS and IAS summaries for free and for a detailed learning you have to pay at least 325 EUR. So if there is someone who can send me a free site...I would appreciate it.

I doubt you can get these standards for free. After all, IASB plans to sell them.

You can try the statements at www.fasb.org. But FASB standard only applies in U.S.
