Hi,

I work for bank and some time i need to inform our internal customer ( bank staff collegues ) that we have credited their account for xxx amount and that we are glad serving him, but i cant find suitable words. can you help me?

I'm nor familiar with the format you use in your bank, I wrote what I think could be helpful:

Dear...,

We would like to inform You that Your account has been charged/credited for an X amount.
It's our pleasure to be at your service.
