Intern at/in/for

Hi everyone, I've been trying to figure out how to describe a previous job experience I had as an intern. I'm not sure which preposition to use at/in/for all of them kind of sound right.

Intern at/in/for the planning department

Does it change if a describe it as:

Intern at/in/for the planning department team

Thank you for your help Emotion: smile
