Thank you. Is the original actually incorrect? I was thinking that "this" should be changed to "our". My reasoning was that "this kind of work" hasn't been identified in the first sentence. I .I know that the kind of work is Communications is the area, but doesn't Communications act as a modifer for team? I'm obviously wrong. Would you please explain why I am incorrect. Thank you.
