The Parties hereby agree to have mutual interest in cooperation for the purposes of brokerage/mediation in finding persons in the Republic XY or in other countries, who shall negotiate with the Agent/Intermediary in relation to the sale of products by the Principal, and shall thus with this Intermediary/Commercial Brokerage Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) regulate mutual rights and obligations under the following terms and in the following manner.
