Intermediary?

Hello there,

Can you help me out with these words and phrases, plz?

- what intermediary bank does your bank use?
- act up on me when i'm late?
- average global?
- what is the antonym of in-house (experience)?
- squeeze in there
- conflict with work hours
- make or do manicure? what is the name of the tools or equipment of doing nails? I am not sure whether it is correct to call it tools, equipment.
-can you hook me up for a job.
