Anything you like. He doesn't understand English, just the tone of your voice, your looks and gestures.

Ok, touché. ;-) But if I wanted to use words? "Come down", "get down", "go away" or "come off"?

Hi,

I'd just say 'Down!' My dog's grasp of grammar is rather basic.

If you have a dog that understands commands, "Down!" means "lie down." That would be confusing to the dog, since he's already lying on the bed. "Off!" is your better choice.

Or 'Off the ** bed, you mangy, flea-bitten *** ***'.

Not a dog fan, I'm guessing? (Ours slept on the bed with us.)
