Interesting enough

Can one say
a. The book was interesting enough to read to the end.
b. The book was interesting enough to read it to the end.

c. The book was interesting enough to read all of it.
d. The book was interesting enough for me to read all of it.


e. The book was interesting enough to read it all.

“interesting enough” is much the same as “sufficiently interesting”. I would use (a) and (e). In (b) “it” is superfluous/unnecessary.
