Interested in teaching legal English

Hello,

I live in Tenerife and have just heard about Legal English. I had always know that there was a demand for Business English but had never thought of Legal English. I have a Law Degree, was a family lawyer in England for several years, taught A Level Law for ten years and now I am learning Spanish and considering a TEFL. I already have a PCSE and am having a taste of the TEFL content through an online course.
My question is this: does anyone know of any institutions in Tenerife that offer Legal English as a subject and, if so, could you please provide details? If there is not such a place here, I wonder whether there is a demand for it and how difficult it is to become accredited?
