Sentences begin with a capital letter and end with a full stop or other stop:

If anyone is interested in attending the training will be welcomed.

This sentence is incorrect. The minimum fixes to make it grammatical are:

Anyone interested in attending the training will be welcomed.
If anyone is interested in attending the training, they will be welcomed.
