Interested by VS Interested in

Dear all, I was wondering if I should say Interested by or Interested in. Can someone tell me the difference between them? Thank you!

"Interested in" is correct, for example:

"I'm interested in that new model that just came out."

"Interested by" is ungrammatical. If you want to use the word "by" in conjunction with the word "interest," then the following would be okay:

"My interest was captured by the new model that came out."
