INTERCOM at the front of building

I am on the phone outside a friends building. There are numbers at the front door, with a button to press from 1 to 10.

How do I ask this on the phone to a friend so they can open the door and know I am downstairs?

1 What intercom number is your house so I can press it for you to open the door.

eg What's your intercom number?

Your friend lives in an apartment, not in a house.
The basic idea of a house is 'a building in which one family lives'.

If it is a name and not a number. What do I change? If you don't know the person's last name.

I've attempted a question answer.
What name should I press for your flat?

Hit intercom "Johnson"
