Intention or result

1-What did you do for them to see you?
2-What did you do so that they should see you?
3-What did you do in order for them to see you?
4-What did you do so that they saw you?

Which of the above cases correspond to which of the below:

a-they saw you but we don't know if you intended to be seen (RESULT)

b-you intended to be seen but we don't know if they saw you (INTENTION)

c-the sentence is ambiguous
