intention

Which sentence is correct?

"I have no intention to do it."
or
"I have no intention of doing it."

Any explanation? Thanks in advance.

"I have no intention of doing it."
is much more frequent,
but, as Cool Breeze says in the following, both are correct:

Both are correct. Examples of similar structures:

This is the only way of doing it.

I had an opportunity to talk to him.
