Recently I joined a new insurance company, my first assignment will be to establish a new relationship with car dealers for repair all relevant cars and to open a new account with these dealers.

The company will be focusing all type of insurance Motor, Home insurance, life & medical insurance.

I`m really confused, how to write a introduction letter look nice
