Hi teachers,
Imagine I have a picture with some people in the gym and the exercise says:
Look at the picture and complete the affirmative sentence using “some”.
1. _________ ________ ___________ ________________ in the gym.
The answer is:
There are some people in the gym.
It seems like the instructions above will be for an exercise like this:
Use "some" to complete the sentences.
1. There are ______ people in the gym.
My question:
Does "look at the picture" and the given lines in the first exercise help to clarify that students should write something else than "some" or the instructions have to be different?
Thanks for your help.
