Can I say "This instilled in me high-tech mind"?

or "I always instilled with high-tech mind"?
or "My parents instill in me that....."?

My question are :

1. "instill+ with " is right when the subject is "I"?

2. besides people, can other thing be subjuct before "instill"?
3 "instill in " is correct?
