Instead & While followed FUTURE TENSE/ Sentences HELP PLEASE

Are these sentences correct please?

- Instead of finish work at 2 I'll finish at 3. It's no problem.
- While you are out/you will be out spending money, I'll be home resting.

Which would you say please?

- Highlight his name and his age./along with his age.
- If you keep turning around you're going to become/get dizzy.
- The students know beforehand when they are going to get/be picked up.
- Make sure the house is clean (for) when your parents get back.
- It feels good talking to you./I feel better when I've spoken to you.
- Is there speacial procedure/prtotcol to follow when dealing with a dissatisfied customer. Do you give him a discount for example? ( does this make sense?)
