It means "able to be instantiated", from the verb "to instantiate" (see e.g. http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/instantiate ).

Before I saw the responses by Ray and Wordy, I had assumed it was a misspelling of intangible, meaning something you cannot actually touch (extended meaning is "not real"). I learn new words here all the time.
