inspiring/inspirational/encouraging

The university president gave a very inspiring/inspirational/encouraging speech at graduation.

I presume all of the underlined words work with the above wording, but I wonder if the all convey the same idea. Thanks.

inspiring: the speech gave a lot of people hope and the desire to accomplish something.

inspirational: as above, but can also mean a kind of speech where someone tries to get you to help yourself by example. (or by negative example)

encouraging: Telling the people that they are talented (or other positive traits) and that they can accomplish a lot.
