Inspired moment

Hallo,

I want to write a sentence where I attribute a certain event or greatness to a specific person, for instance:

"A John Lennon-inspired moment" or "A Nelson Mandela-inspired moment"?

Is this the correct way of saying it?

Thank you!

Welcome to English Forums, Wilhelm. It is an awkward structure because it is makeshift and because the hyphenation presents a dilemma. Recast: It was a moment inspired by John Lennon.
