insightful/perceptive
Hello,
Could you please tell me if I am on the right track? I think that if a person is insightful or, his/her remarks/comments are insightful, they show a deep understanding of a subject/situation, etc. Perceptive would suggest to be that the person is capable of noticing/understanding something quickly, especially if it is not obvious. Is that correct?
