Inside as a subject

Can I use inside as a subject? For example:

Inside will be a list of country codes.

Or should I put there before?

Inside there will be a list of country codes.

I know (I believe) that 'There will be a list of country codes inside.' is grammatically correct, but I want to stress the word 'inside'.

Thank you, Cool Breeze, for your answer.

Can I use this structure in formal writing or only in informal speech? Do you meet it a lot in the real life?

I saw it few times, I think. But recently, when I used it in my writing work, I was corrected as being mistaken. Can I use inside equally with there as a grammatical subject?

I have no statistics as to how common it is to leave out there. You certainly cannot always use inside instead of there at the beginning of a clause. I would hesitate to call insideeven a grammatical subject but if you want to do that, go ahead!
