The child was playing around with a knife and inserted it in the other child's stomach and he(the other child) died on the spot.
He inserted the knife into his chest and killed him.
He plunged/insert/cut the knife into his(other person) hand and made a long deep hole in his hand. The blood was bleeding from his hand.
