Insanely easy going for people to do something?

Hello! I am writing a copyline for a product.

I would like to deliver a meaning "this product is seriously easy to use when you want to do something"

with this expression:

"insanely easy going for people to cut things better"(yes it has a function of cutting things)

But I am not sure if that usage of "easy going" is appropriate since I couldn't really grasp the proper usage yet.

Does it sound natural and make sense with this expression? Thank you.

I would boil this down. For example: Our product [name it] makes cutting insanely easy.
