I'm writing inquiry minutes for my boss. Could you help to edit my grammar and sentence structure?

At 2230hours, Ahmad was in the changing room when he overheard Roger asking Yahya who did PDL. Earlier on, before Ahmad went to the changing room, he had left the handover folder at the cabinet in GCO’s office. Hence, Ahmad replied that he was in charge and asked if there was anything in particular.

It was when Ahmad and Roger started talking about the vessel “Toll Firefly” that the dispute occurred.

Ahmad shouted “What do you want?” All this while, Roger claimed that Ahmad spoke in a gangsterism manner.He made his way towards Roger while Roger also stepped forward. Roger replied that he wanted to slap Ahmad. Roger pushed him away as Ahmad was standing very close to him. Ahmad tried to punch Roger. He missed Roger the first time. He charged towards Roger. They fought and rolled on the floor.

Ahmad’s Songkok fell off When Roger threw him on the floor. In fact, He didn’t even notice that Ahmad was wearing Songkok. Because when Ahmad was charging against me, Roger tried to avoid him and was self defense already.

Hassan then pulled Roger aside to the control room and told Roger to stop all. Roger continued to rattle on and even shouted at Ahmad to settle their dispute outside to which Alfred told Ahmad to ignore his challenge.
