Inquiry about room availability

I work as a hotel reservation representative who takes reservations for many hotels. This is a conversation between an Inquirer and me.
Does this conversation sound natural and grammatically correct?

Inquirer:
I am wondering if any of your hotels has rooms available for this period.
Receptionist ( Me ):
I am sorry but most of our hotels seem fully booked for the period on my computer. If you would like, I will get over the phone with some of our hotels to ask them if there are any rooms with cancelled bookings.
Inquirer: OK, could you please call me back when you find out.
Receptionist ( calling the Inquirer in 5 mins)
Thank you for waiting.I was able to find some hotels with availability for the requested period. The cheapest one is located with walking distance from Tokyo station. Would you know more about the hotel?
