Inquiry about request

I am not sure how to use request in the below sentences. Please advice if they are correct. If not, show me they right way.

I want to request that he completes the schedule for tomorrow.

I want to request him to send all the documents to the head office.

Thank you. Is the use of 'completes' in the first sentence grammatically wrong? Or is complete just better?

Technically, "complete" is grammatically correct, and "completes" is not. This is an example of the subjunctive mood. But most people today are ignoring the subjunctive mood, so you will see "completes" in common usage. Only a stickler for grammar would complain about this minor "misuse."
