Hello teachers, Could you please tell me if the below paragraphs are grammatical and idiomatic?
"In the preliminary form of your university, I am (app no: xxxxxxxxx) required to fill GPA/each year of my four-year bachelor program . But, the criterion, enclosed with this email, has been defined only for CGPA by my university. However, with regard to that criterion,I came upon a vacuous description of my yearly GPA/each year ,which is as follows: 4th year=3.0 3rd year=3.4 2nd year=3.0 1st year=3.4 If we take out an average, It gives '3.2' which is not in harmony with my CGPA (commulative grade point average of four years) of '3.0' according to the aforementioned criterion. I shall be very grateful to you if you help me out with this."
