In/on/inside - Which one should i choose in the following sentence?

I'm not okay in/on/inside my mind today. (I've too many thoughts)

Top answer

I would choose "in", but this is not the most idiomatic way of saying it. Maybe: My mind is spinning (with thoughts). Other forum members may be able to contribute more ways of saying it.
