Definitely remove the "hand" -- if you anthropomorphize the page, it is arguably facing you, so it's "right hand" will be on your left.

If you include "hand" (not a problem but not necessary) then you would say IN the top right hand corner of the page. If you don't include "hand" then you would say AT the top right corner of the page.
