Letter Writing

Initals at the bottom of a letter

Hi,

When I am writing a letter for someone else, and still signing my own name, do I still put the initials at the bottom? For example MZ/jc?

  • ".
  • MZ/jc indicates that MZ composed and dictated the letter and jc typed or otherwise transcribed MZ's letter.
  • MZ would be the only person signing the letter.

Hi, I am not an English native speaker! I don't really know what initials are themselves which are written at the bottom of a contract!

Can you please explain me what initials are? or show me a sample of that please?

Thank you so much!!
