ing/to inf.

Hello,

I'm not sure if my sentence is correct and if it conveys the meaning that I'm trying to express. Can you please read it and see if it is OK?

It actually calls for the introduction of new tools and procedures that enable senior management better managing/to manage better (the company?) as well as to ensure/guarantee a support for negotiators.

The meaning is to make it possible for senior management to better manage the firm as well as to enable them to provide a support for negotiators. Thank you

Thank you Pal, I just wonder whether it sounds natural in English, since my sentences (translations) rarely sound natural.
