-ing phrases

Hello!

I am not sure that I had put all the -ing phrases as I should have. Can you please read it and see if it is OK? If you have time and energy, please help me choose better options.

Purchase and sale usually represent the starting point of negotiation as a business process, however, due to the development of modern/contemporary management and its increasing/growing complexity as well as with exceeding /surpassing the tight limits of an individual organization by networking, negotiation becomes constituent element of various business activities -from the lowest levels of managing the members of the same cooperative team to the presidents office and further toward arranging strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
