Respected sir,

I want to ask one question about some grammatical structure.

1) Dr.John travels extensively throughout the world, teaching other doctors and healers, consulting privetly and giving seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.

In the above sentence I don't understand bold sentence.

Can you please make it simple sentence with meaning being same.

I read it like this:

Dr. John, [who is] teaching other doctors and healers, [who is] consulting privately and [who is] giving seminars on the secretes of ancient healing methods, travels extensively throughout the world.

I see Dr. John, [who is] teaching other doctors and healers, [who is] consulting privately and [who is] giving seminars on the secretes of ancient healing methods, as a noun phrase in which Dr. John is a head of that phrase modified by three relative clauses. I take that noun phrase as the subject of the sentence, travels as the predicator (verb), and extensively throughout the world as an adverbial.

PS: there may be other analysis using more sophisticated language of academia but I think that my understanding of that is also acceptable.

These are three participle clauses. They are not sentences.

The implied subject of these clauses is the same as the subject of the main clause, namely, Dr. John.

A participle clause allows a writer to add more information about the subject of a sentence without having to write another complete sentence.

Dr. John travels extensively throughout the world, teaching other doctors and healers, consulting privately, and giving seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.

Dr. John travels extensively throughout the world.  In his travels he teaches other doctors and healers.  He also consults privately and gives seminars on the secrets of ancient healing methods.
