-ing forms functions

Hello guys,

I know an -ing form word may have one of these functions: a verb, adjective, noun, or adverb depending on the context.

First, agree?

Two, which function of them does exist in each sentence below:

1- Learning English is fun. 
2- It's a working day. 
3- I'm going to the collegue.
4- Speaking with his friend, he passed in front of me!
5- He is interested in playing piano.

Strictly speaking those are not functions; they are lexical categories.
