-ing form or infinitive?

Hi all,
I need your help:
I'm writing my CV and I have to describe my main duties and responsibilities organizing them in a list.

My question is the following:
-Is it better to use the infinitive form or -ing?

example: my main responsibilities are: to drive or driving business opportunities....?

Thanks in advance!!!

Both are correct. I prefer the - ing form. The colon after are is wrong, by the way.
