This is not a complete sentence as stand -Does the word in the blacket imply? It explains the usage of the word "centred" instead of "centre" ? Centered - is a past particple adjective which seemed incorrectly used here. "Located" or "headquartered" may be a better choice in my opinion.
-why the word 'influence' should be appeared as ing form in this case? "influencing" is a present particple which is incorrectly used in the construction. Global implies that the university has campuses allover the world. Syntactically, "headquartered" makes more sense.

The only possilbe meaning I could come up with may be: " XYZ ,a leading global University headquartered in Asia, is changing the future.

when registering. You can't have a finite form of a verb (like register) directly after when.

This isn't a complete sentence. centre is British; center is American. It's just a spelling difference that has nothing to do with the grammar.
